Led by a retired NYPD officer or detective, this authentic New York City Mafia walking tour takes you inside the real history of organized crime — from the legendary streets of Little Italy to hidden locations connected to NYC’s Mafia past and present.

Unlike typical tour groups, your guide is a true insider: a former NYPD officer who investigated organized crime or knows these neighborhoods firsthand. Hear real stories, visit historic locations, and discover the people and events that shaped New York’s underworld.

Begin at John’s of 12th Street, a historic “Red Sauce Joint” featured in The Sopranos and Get Gotti. The 11:00 AM tour includes a pasta experience at this iconic restaurant (closed to the public during the visit) plus a classic Sicilian cannoli. The 10:00 AM tour includes the walking tour and cannoli stop, but does not include lunch.

Explore Little Italy and surrounding neighborhoods while hearing fascinating stories from those who investigated the Mafia and witnessed its history firsthand.
